Kristel Bauer, founder of Live Greatly, talks with Sensei Koshin Paley Ellison, Zen teacher, Jungian psychotherapist, cofounder of the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care and author of Wholehearted: Slow Down, Help Out, Wake Up.  They discuss how to find peace with all of the fear and stress of Covid-19 and how to form meaningful connections even with social distancing or as Koshin prefers, "physical distancing." Kristel Bauer PA-C, founder of Live Greatly, is a speaker on multiple wellness topics including optimizing mental health, managing stress, and building resilience. She is a lecturer at the University level, and is an adjunct PBL facilitator for Northwestern’s Physician Assistant Program. She is a fellow in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship through the University of Arizona.
