Kristel Bauer PA-C from Live Greatly and Dr. Susan Ratay talk about preventing burnout, achieving success, and overcoming the challenges that come with being a working mom. Kristel Bauer PA-C is a speaker on multiple wellness topics including optimizing mental health, managing stress, and building resilience. She is a lecturer at the University level, and is an adjunct PBL facilitator for Northwestern’s Physician Assistant Program. She is a fellow in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship through the University of Arizona. Kristel is a Physician Assistant with a history of working in Integrative Psychiatry and Functional Medicine.  She is also a Reiki Master with a very strong interest in spirituality, and how it affects your overall well-being.  Dr. Susan Ratay is also a fellow in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship.  Dr. Ratay is a board-certified family Physician.  She is the Director of Osteopathic Education at University Hospitals Osteopathic Consortium in Cleveland Ohio, where she oversees roughly 150 osteopathic medical students and residents. She works in an underserved primary care clinic in Ashtabula Ohio. She is able to do all of these wonderful things professionally while also being a fantastic mother in her blended family with 5 children ages 22 to 6.  She also recently started a social media presence with her identical twin sister called  Dr. Twins.
